During the pandemic, through our hot lunch program, Adopt Our Community was able to fundraise $700+ CAD. We then donated the money fundraised in the form of 100+ care packages to BC Children’s Hospital. Each donated gift bag included a notebook, a set of colourful pens, stickers, and puzzles, all of which were selected by members in hopes that they may provide a source of comfort for patients and their families.
