Adopt-A-Family Project: Saskatchewan

As a part of the Adopt-A-Family Project, AOC members in Saskatchewan used fundraised money to buy $100 worth of Christmas gifts, food, and school supplies for a local Pakistani family in need who had just immigrated to Canada a year ago. The family included three young children, whose faces lit up when they received the donations along with hand-crafted cards made by AOC members. A visit with the family proved not only transformative for the recipients of our gifts, but also for our Saskatchewan members who are beyond ecstatic to have helped make a contribution to their communities during this holiday season.
